Candidate Information Requests

During an election year, there may be times when candidates seek information from the City for campaign purposes. An underlying principle of the Municipal Elections Act, 1996, is that all candidates should be treated fairly and consistently. As such, when a request for information by a candidate is directed to the City Clerk's division, staff will facilitate a response and make the response available in the election section of the City's website. All candidates have been advised that the election section of the website is updated regularly.
